32nd season playing for Stags. Currently Mens Club Captain. Previously captain of the 2nd XI, 3rd XI and 4A XI.

Current additional duties are: Club Archivist, Press Secretary, Photographer, Chief Ranter etc

If I'm not at the hockey pitch, I'll be walking the dog*, or I might be watching birds in some far flung outpost with Wilco as the theme music. Or (more likely) I'll be in the Nascot Arms talking C**p

*Rogue, the dog, is especially good at finding balls; between the end of the 2008-09 season and the start of the current one she has found over 40 in the undegrowth around the astro. She is for hire to other clubs who wish to recoup all their lost balls

Formerly designed jet aeroplanes, now drives a Ford Escort van (white) and runs his own building outfit.

Used to play for Shefford and Sandy, but we have forgiven him for that.

Besides umpiring hockey I have recently passed 10,000 test match runs in cricket. Universally disliked around the cricket world I look a bit like Jacques Kallis.
